Option most suited to first time investors or investors using 2C for the first time. This does not exclude you from utilising the benefits of other investment methods.

O.T.I.

If this is the first time investing with us or are unsure about the process then this is the method for you (do not forget you can still take advantage of Rolling Investment benefits later).


There are 3 steps in the one time investment process;


  • Initial consultation - simply making contact by call or e-mail where we will discuss any questions you have and get to understand your investment needs.


  • Deal proposal - once 2C have the information from the initial consultation we then look for a "deal" which suits your investment type and propose it to you. Deals can vary depending our strategy but they are explained fully in the Proposal Pack we issue to you. Put simply, a "deal" is using our techniques of accruing property/land at a low cost and adding value.


  • Loan agreement - this is the final step where we cement the terms we have already discussed up to now and we exchange a contractual loan agreement. We have structure loan agreements in place and signed off by our solicitors to give investors peace of mind.


Key Benefits of this investment option:


  • Interest (profit) on this investment with us is highly competitive compared to many other investments available in terms of return AND risk. We offer 6-10% ROI p/a and as we have loan agreements in place, if a "deal" is not as lucrative as we had projected, you are protected.
  • Flexible repayment options - i.e in full at the end of the loan term, monthly interest and repayment, or monthly interest only with repayment on excess at the end of the loan term. Aside from these three options, we can discuss alternative repayment options if desired.

Rolling Investments

R.I.

The exact same as the O.T.I option mentioned above, however we like to reward repeat clients with additional interest when they reinvest. With the R.I option, if agreed before your initial investment, will see a greater reinvestment interest rate. If you had not already agreed to reinvest but now wish to take advantage of our R.I benefits you still can, although the interest will not be as high as a pre-agreed R.I.

Progressive Investments

 Progressive Investments, a phrase we like to use, is our method of investing made up of one of two ideals, Moral OR Rolling, ideally both: 

Moral Investments: Where the goal is not solely about making money but helping a cause at the same time.


Rolling Investments: Where the goal is to reinvest your investment + profit.
